1. About Us

Wasteva Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides licensed waste removal and collection services across Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas.

We operate as a registered waste carrier, dealer and a broker, using our own team and a trusted network of Environment Agency licensed partners to complete bookings.

By booking with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Services Provided

We provide:

  • House Clearances

  • Flat Clearance

  • Office Clearance 

  • Furniture Removal

  • Retail Clearance

  • Appliance Removal

  • Garden Clearance

  • Garage Clearance

  • Shed Clearance

  • Builders Waste Removal

  • Commercial Clearance

  • Rubbish Removal (General)​​

All services are carried out or arranged by Environment Agency registered waste carriers. We do not handle hazardous waste unless agreed in writing beforehand.

 

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be paid in full upfront to confirm a collection.

  • Payments are processed securely online via our issued Stripe payment link.

  • Prices are based on the information provided (photo, video, or description).

  • If the load or access differs significantly on arrival, we may adjust the price or refuse the job.

  • Once booked, a confirmation email or message will be sent with collection details.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the agreed collection time are non-refundable.

  • If Wasteva or our partner cannot complete a booking due to circumstances within our control, we will issue a full refund or reschedule the service.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Waste must be accessible at the agreed time of collection.

  • Customers must ensure there are no restricted or hazardous items mixed with general waste.

  • Parking or access issues that cause delay may result in additional charges.

  • Wasteva Limited is not liable for damage to driveways, surfaces, or property when instructed to place vehicles, bins, or skips on them.

 

6. Disposal and Compliance

  • All waste is collected, transported and disposed of legally in line with UK waste management regulations.

  • Customers will receive proof of disposal (Waste Transfer Note) after completion.

  • Wasteva Limited and all partners hold valid Environment Agency licences.

  • We comply fully with the Duty of Care Regulations for waste carriers, dealers and brokers.

 

7. Liability

  • Wasteva Limited is responsible for ensuring waste is collected and disposed of lawfully.

  • We are not liable for delays, losses or issues caused by inaccurate information, access restrictions, or the actions of third-party disposal sites.

  • All partners hold public liability insurance.

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

 

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

We collect and use customer information only as necessary to:

  • Provide our services

  • Process payments

  • Issue legal documentation such as Waste Transfer Notes

 

Your data is stored securely and shared only with licensed partners fulfilling your booking, in full compliance with UK GDPR.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

 

10. Use of Customer Photos

By providing photos through our website, booking form, WhatsApp or email, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us. Wasteva may use these photos for quotations, job confirmation and dispute resolution. We may also use non-identifiable photos for marketing purposes, including on our website, Google Business Profile and social media. If you do not wish your photos to be used for marketing, please notify us in writing.
